A NOTE OF APPRECIATION TO SCHOOLS THAT INVITED ME FOR MENTORSHIP IN 2026
SUCCESS IS POSSIBLE WHEN PURPOSE, DISCIPLINE, HARD WORK, EFFECTIVE PEDAGOGY AND DETERMINATION COME TOGETHER

I wish to sincerely express my heartfelt appreciation to the principals, school management teams, teachers, support staff, parents, prefects and students of all the schools and institutions that found it worthwhile to invite me for mentorship and academic engagement.
Your decision to open your schools to me has given me an opportunity to share knowledge, experience and practical strategies aimed at helping learners and education stakeholders pursue academic excellence, discipline, responsibility, effective study habits and success in life.
During these mentorship sessions, I have had the privilege of interacting with KCSE 2026 candidates, Form Three classes, CBE learners, prefects, teachers, parents and support staff. My central message has remained simple and consistent:
I am particularly grateful to school principals and teachers who continue to recognise the importance of mentorship beyond the ordinary classroom experience. Your invitations demonstrate a commitment to giving learners exposure to different experiences, perspectives and approaches to academic achievement.
I appreciate every school that entrusted me with its learners, teachers and other members of the school community. Every invitation has been an opportunity to learn, share and contribute to the transformation of education.

- MY GRATITUDE
- To every principal who said, "Come and speak to our learners," I say thank you.
- To every teacher who prepared learners and created time for the sessions, thank you.
- To every support staff member who contributed to the success of the programmes, thank you.
- To every parent who trusted the school and the mentorship process, thank you.
- To every prefect who listened, interacted and asked questions, thank you.
- And most importantly, to every learner who sat before me with an open mind and a desire to succeed, thank you.
- I do not take these invitations for granted. Every school has its own story, challenges, strengths and aspirations. My role has been to share what I have learnt through years of teaching, mentorship and interaction with learners and education stakeholders, while encouraging schools to believe that academic success can be deliberately pursued and achieved.
- As KCSE 2026 approaches, my message to candidates remains:
- Believe in yourself. Respect your teachers. Respect your parents. Use your time wisely. Remain disciplined. Work consistently. Ask for help when you need it. Finish strong.
- The journey does not end with an examination. Education is preparation for life, and every learner deserves an opportunity to discover his or her potential.
- To all the schools that have opened their doors to me, I remain deeply grateful.
- SUCCESS HAS BEEN, AND WILL REMAIN, MY KEY MESSAGE.
